Paulette is the friendly voice you first hear when calling our company. Her responsibilities include answering all incoming enquiries, working with existing families to ensure changes of hours are recorded. Paulette keeps training records up to date and sends out documentation to new families and nannies.

Lenore processes all the payroll for families and payment to educators. She works closely with the Office Manager, sets up new families and manages attendance variations for existing clients.

Jasmine manages the the office team. She is responsible to ensure all the family accounts and payroll are processed correctly. She is also part of the company management team.

Financial Controller

Matt manages the financial strategic planning for the company and develops the internal database. He is responsible for all the companies information technology. Matt is involved in the strategic planning and future directions of the company.

Visiting Teacher Team Leader 

Shelley does all the tasks listed below plus leads our team of Visiting Teachers. She is responsible for ensuring the Ministry of Education requirements are met and the operations manual is kept up-to-date. Shelley is also part of the management team
