Paulette
Administrator/Receptionist Paulette is the friendly voice you first hear when calling our company. Her responsibilities include answering all incoming enquiries, working with existing families to ensure changes of hours are recorded. Paulette keeps training records up to date and sends out documentation to new families and nannies. |

Vanetta Vanetta is our administrator who provides support to our administrator/receptionist and assists with daily duties to keep the office humming along. |

Caroline Caroline strives to create the best match between families and nannies/educators. She interviews all potential nannies, references checks and writes a profile about them. If you are looking for more nanny/educator work, Caroline is the person you need to chat too. |

Visiting Teachers:

Shelley Shelley does all the tasks listed below plus leads our team of Visiting Teachers. She is responsible for ensuring the Ministry of Education requirements are met and the operations manual is kept up-to-date. Shelley is also part of the management team |
