The Process of Choosing a Nanny

At the Nanny Company, we encourage you to make an informed choice. As such we charge nothing to register, giving you the opportunity to get to know us, and our nannies.

• Tell us your requirements. Nanny Care Request

• We inform you of what a nanny would cost (based on your personal circumstances).
• We listen to your requirements and put forward our ‘most suitable’ nanny candidates (usually up to three candidates).  Our nannies range from young to more mature and come from a variety of backgrounds.  We personally interview, reference check and police check all candidates.  We constantly recruit and pride ourselves on providing you with the most suitable candidates, as we know your time is valuable.
• We supply you with excellent resources (e.g. a nanny job description, sample meeting questions, further referee questions).
• You meet the candidates (having reviewed their profiles) and choose which nanny your family likes.
• We provide all the necessary documentation for you to employ the nanny.
