THE MANAGEMENT TEAM
Kerry is responsible for the day to day operations of the office. She supports all staff in their roles and works closely with the management team. Kerry is also responsible for payroll & ensures that the fortnightly wages are processed with ease. Kerry has a good eye for detail and fantastic 'people skills'. She has a background in retail and sports administration and years of management experience. When she is not working she is generally found watching her three children play sport.
CIO / FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
Matt manages the financial strategic planning for the company and develops the internal database. He is responsible for all the company's information technology. As an owner of the company Matt is involved in the strategic planning and future directions of the company. Matt has a Post Graduate Diploma & Bachelor of Resource Studies, and has over 20 years experience in IT. He is an active father to three children and also involved in the Air Cadets.
As an owner of the company Jan works closely with the management team and is involved in the strategic planning and future directions of the company. Jan has a Bachelor of Education and a Diploma of Teaching Early Childhood Education. She has been an Early Childhood teacher with twenty years experience in the early childhood field. She has three children and volunteers numerous hours to the various organisations they are involved in. She is passionate about young children being educated in their own homes.
THE OFFICE TEAM
CUSTOMER CARE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
Jacky is the friendly voice who families talk to when looking for a nanny. Jacky is responsible for matching families and nannies. Jacky has a long background in banking, Human Resources, prior to that was a full time nanny and is a very much a 'people' person. When Jacky is not at work she is a busy Mum to her young daughter.
Mel is part of the payroll team in our Christchurch Office, helping out with the day to day running of the payroll on a part time basis. Mel is returning to the workforce after having time off with her young son, so she understands the demands of a busy working parent. Mel has had a long and successful career in the Airforce, learning many skills and attributes, with a good attention to detail.
Alison is part of the payroll team in the Christchurch Office, helping out with the day to day running of the payroll on a part time basis.
Vanessa has a background in both recruitment and office administration. Having three young children of her own, she knows what skills it takes to run a busy household. Vanessa brings those skills together with her recruitment experience to this role . Outside of work she is actively involved in her children's after school activities and weekend sport.
VISITING TEACHER TEAM
Our team of visiting teachers supporting nannies to carry out our in home education programme. They visit the nanny and children in-home monthly building a strong working relationship with nannies, children and families. Visiting teachers key tasks include; induction, professional goal setting each year and professional development. They also run playgroups and support nannies to write great learning stories.
SUZY DipTchLn (ECE)

Suzy is a qualified, registered Early Childhood Teacher. She has worked in early childhood for almost 20 years and has a wealth of experience in many areas. Suzy is a mother to three lovely children who are involved in a range of sporting activities. Suzy values and believes in children’s well-being, sense of belonging and nurturing their interests, knowledge and ideas, forming an environment where children grow from their experiences; this is reflected strongly in how Suzy works to support the nannies, families and children in her network.

VISITING TEACHER - CHRISTCHURCH
Fleur is a qualified and registered Early Childhood Teacher who has worked within the industry for a very long time in many different settings, including holding a Nanny qualification. This wide range of experience stands her in good stead for sharing the knowledge that she has gained through working alongside professional teachers, children and many different families. Fleur believes in high quality care and education for preschool children and the importance of supporting families with young children. She believes there are huge benefits of high quality home base care and believes the home is a great place to grow and learn. Fleur is a busy working mother with four beautiful children, so she relates to finding the right fit for each individual family.
JULIE BTchLn (ECE)
VISITING TEACHER - Christchurch
Julie is a visiting teacher in the Christchurch region, she holds a Bachelor of Teaching and Learning (ECE) and is a fully registered teacher. Julie has worked in the early childhood sector for over 14 years and values children being respected as individuals, with potential that needs to be nurtured and responded to in positive ways. Julie has a passion for the outdoor environment and enjoys gardening in her spare time, and tramping the fabulous walks we have here in NZ.

Janet is a fully qualified and registered early childhood teacher. Janet also helps with the nanny selection process in the Wellington region.

Sloany is a visiting teacher in the Wellington region; she holds a Education Degree and a Graduate Diploma in Teaching (Early Childhood) and is a fully registered teacher. Sloany is married and a mother to 3 gorgeous children. Sloany believes the pathway to accessing opportunities in life is education and the experience children have in Early Childhood have a profound influence on their ongoing view of learning, therefore their experiences must be positive.
