Finding affordable childcare couldn't be easier with The Nanny Company. We have part time (minimum 12 hours per week, per family) and full time nannies seeking work now. Nannies cost around $15 per hour, but The Nanny Company heavily subsidies the costs as we offer a non income tested contribution towards the nannies wage. If you have two or more preschool aged children a nanny can be as affordable, (if not cheaper) than other forms of childcare. A nanny could be the most economic and beneficial childcare choice for your family.
Having children cared for at home is very beneficial because siblings can be together, routines maintained, and families choose the hours they need. A nanny can assist with household tasks, so parents arrive home to spend quality time with their children. Children keep better health in home care, and nannies can care for sick children (hence parents need less time off work).
The Nanny Company offers Free ECE for 3 & 4 year olds, as well as other subsidies. All families need is a permanent position (of at least three months), and a 'child safe' home. The Nanny Company provides a superior recruitment service, excellent employment documentation and payroll service all free of charge.
We pride ourselves in providing a well trained nanny who has emotional maturity and knowledge of child development. A programme manager visits each home every month and assists nannies with recording a Learning Journal of assessment information gathered about every child in care. The company provides free fortnightly playgroups with access to places of educational value.
Nannies receive a generous annual development allowance and we value our team by acknowledging the fantastic work nannies do.
